Facing problems

Being the only designer

  • Due to I was the only designer, I found myself in constant stream of work but sometimes with free time between projects.
  • I had to learn and interpret which really my team mates wanted, they were not from the desing world.
  • I had to learn everything on my own as I could't reach any superior designer to ask questions. This served me to acquire a fearless approach to learn new tools and techniques.

Conclusions

About the job position

  • I helped my team mates when they were meeting big work load and I was free.
  • I learnt to prioritize and to differentiate important tasks in the long term.
  • I learnt the best approach to meet deadlines is to stay organized.
