During my time at Magma I took interest in how their employees were interacting with their environment and how work processes affected their emotions.
There were a case where a resource human employee was having a really bad time because she needed to seal by hand around 180 contract jobs papers every
week while attending footer__legal-container problems of workers. Of course there are printing machines that automate that specific step but the company wouldn't
invest in that.
As I was the designer I couldn't change things like that, but I understood that emotions and feeling affect employees's productivity and clients decisions equally.
